Return Policy
All of our products are backed by a 100% 14-day Money Back Guarantee (excluding any shipping & handling charges incurred by The Russian Store).
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact customer service at support@pearsonsllc.com to initiate a return.
For a full refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping & handling), we require adherence to the following:
- All return requests must be emailed to our customer service department no later than 14-days after receiving your order. Return requests made later than 14-days cannot be honored. If your request is not acknowledged within 48 hours please repeat your request by calling us at (480) 664-1383.
- For orders totaling over $200.00 or orders containing more than 10 products, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Orders refused by the recipient with no notice will also be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- In the event an item is damaged during shipping, we will need to file a claim with the shipping company before we can process a refund. Any damaged product must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. During this time it will be important to hold on to the original packaging: all packing material, bubble wrap and the box it was shipped in for the shipping company to process the claim. Once they determine the damage occurred in transit, we will issue a complete refund.
- In the event an item is missing or the wrong item was sent to you, you must alert us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- All returns must be shipped back no later than 5 business days from the date the return was authorized.
- Before shipping an order back to us, we will need to send you an RMA#. This number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging being sent to us. All shipments sent to us without an RMA# will be refused.
